Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 13 October 2026
This policy sets out what you may not do on GenFleet. It applies to everyone who uses the platform: business customers ("tenants"), their team members, and developers who build agents or tools. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
"GenFleet", "we" and "us" mean Genfleet LLC (in formation), Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt.
1. Unlawful and harmful use
Do not use GenFleet, or an agent running on it, to:
- Break any law that applies to you, us, or the people your agents talk to.
- Collect, process or share personal data without a lawful basis or the notice the law requires.
- Send spam or unsolicited marketing. Marketing messages need the recipient's prior consent, must identify the sender, give a valid address, say that they are marketing, and offer a clear opt-out (PDPL Art. 17). Keep proof of consent for 3 years after the last message (Art. 18).
- Harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate anyone.
- Deceive people about who they are talking to. Tell people they are talking to an AI agent, and never let your agent claim to be human.
- Commit fraud, phishing, or scams, or collect passwords, card numbers, or bank details under false pretences.
- Create or distribute child sexual abuse material, or any content that sexualises minors.
- Promote violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
- Infringe copyright, trademarks, or other rights.
- Make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on a person (credit, employment, housing, insurance, access to essential services) based only on an agent's output, without meaningful human review.
2. Sensitive data
Do not send these through GenFleet unless we have agreed in writing first:
- Health, genetic, or biometric data.
- Data about religious beliefs, political opinions, or criminal or security status.
- Full payment card numbers, bank account numbers, or government identity numbers.
- Children's personal data.
Egyptian law treats much of this as "sensitive personal data" that needs a licence and explicit written consent. Meta's WhatsApp policies also forbid asking people to share full card or account numbers in chats.
3. Messaging channels
When you connect WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, Slack or Discord, you must also follow that channel's own rules. For WhatsApp and other Meta channels, that includes:
- Only message people who gave you their number or username and agreed to hear from you.
- Respect every opt-out or block request, on or off the channel.
- Give people a clear, prompt way to reach a human (for example, a human hand-off, phone number or email).
- Do not use data from a chat for anything other than supporting that conversation.
- Do not forward one customer's chat content to another customer.
- Do not message about products and industries Meta prohibits or restricts.
Breaking a channel's rules can get your number, page or bot banned by the channel. We cannot reverse a channel's ban.
4. AI use
Do not use GenFleet to:
- Generate content meant to mislead people into believing it came from a real, named person.
- Offer a general-purpose AI assistant to the public through WhatsApp. Meta's WhatsApp terms forbid businesses whose core offering is an AI model from using the WhatsApp Business Platform for that purpose. Customer service, sales and support agents for your own business are fine.
- Use any data that came through a Meta channel to train or improve an AI model.
- Bypass or attack a model provider's safety systems.
5. Security and platform integrity
Do not:
- Access, or try to access, another tenant's data, agents, secrets or conversations.
- Probe, scan or test our systems for vulnerabilities without our written permission. Report issues to support@genfleet.ai.
- Try to break out of an agent's sandbox, reach sites outside the list your agent is allowed to contact, or tamper with our network controls.
- Get around rate limits, plan limits, credits, usage metering, or billing.
- Share login credentials or API keys outside your organisation, or put them into agent prompts.
- Upload malware, or agent code designed to harm users, us, or third parties.
- Overload the platform or use it to attack other systems.
- Mine cryptocurrency or run workloads unrelated to your agents.
6. Developers
If you build an agent or tool that runs on GenFleet:
- It must declare every external site it contacts. Hidden data collection is forbidden.
- It must not collect end customers' data for your own purposes.
- You must have the rights to all code, models and content in it.
7. What we do if you break this policy
We may, depending on how serious the breach is:
- Ask you to fix it.
- Remove content or an agent.
- Pause a channel connection or an agent.
- Suspend or close your account, as described in the Terms of Service.
- Report illegal activity to the authorities when the law requires it.
Where we can, we warn you first. We may act without warning if there is a risk of harm to people, to the platform, or to our standing with a channel provider such as Meta.
8. Reporting abuse
Report a breach of this policy to support@genfleet.ai.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and, for material changes, tell account owners by email or in the app before they take effect.
